Accessibility Statement

Our performance spaces, bars and toilets are all accessible.

To ensure a comfortable visit, please inform our staff at the time of booking if you require any further assistance.

Arrival

When attending an event, we advise customers who require additional assistance to arrive at the venue before doors open (times may vary depending on the show).

Main Entrance

When entering the venue there is an accessible ramp with an automatic door that takes you through to our auditorium and bar area, both on level ground.

Seating

When attending a show or live event, we recommend arriving in good time and notifying a member of staff for assistance.

  • If you’re attending a ‘concert standing’ show and need a seat, please speak to a member of staff. While we cannot guarantee a physical seat, there may be limited furniture available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arriving early will give you the best chance to access this seating. Please contact the box office at your time of booking.
  • If you’re attending a ‘reserved seating’ show, when boking online, please leave a comment when checking out to inform the box office of any additional assistance you may need.

Parking

There are various car parks near the venue. Both the Gurkha Square and Victoria Road car parks have disabled parking bays located close to our main entrance. For more information please visit https://www.hart.gov.uk/parking-and-roads/parking.

Toilet Facilities

Adapted facilities are available on both the ground and first floors of the venue.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome in all of our spaces. If you plan to attend a live event with your assistance animal, please notify the Box Office in advance.

Strobe Lighting

Strobe lighting might be used in some performances. If this is a concern, please notify the Box Office ahead of time or speak with a staff member when you arrive.
